BETA-2-MIKROGLOBULIN MARKER TUBULARNE LEZIJE U RADNIKA KOJI RADE U PROIZVODNJI STIREN-BUTADIENSKOG KAUČUKA

Produkti druge faze metaboličke transformacije 1,3 butadiena i stirena imaju nefrotoksično delovanje, a ciljno mesto je proksimalni tubul. Jedan od markera tubularne lezije je beta-2-mikroglobulin, belančevina male molekularne mase (11800 daltona) koja prolazi glomerularni filtar i iz primarne mokraće u proksimalnom tubulu biva reapsorbovana, te se u urinu nalazi samo u tragovima.

CILJ: Cilj rada bio je ispitati rizik od nastanka tublarne lezije u radnika koji su istovremeno izloženi 1,3-butadienu i stirenu, a rade u proizvodnji stiren-butadienskog kaučuka.

ISPITANICI I METODE: Ispitivanjem je bilo obuhvaćeno 172 radnika koji rade u proizvodnji stiren-butadienskog kaučuka (Grupa"A"). Kontrolnu grupu činilo je 92 radnika (grupa"B") i bili su zadovoljeni kriterijumi, potrebne za epidemiološku studiju. Uzorkovanje vazduha na prisutnost 1,3-butadiena i stirena izvršeno je ličnim uzimačem uzoraka propisanom metodologijom, linijom tehnološkog procesa svakog sata u toku radne smene. Beta-2-mikroglobulin u krvi i u urinu ispitivan je metodom turbidimetrije. S obzirom da se obe hemijske materije nalaze i u duvanskom dimu analizirana je navika pušenja kod obe grupe ispitanika.

REZULTATI: U pogledu navike pušenja, utvrđeno je da je ova navika zastupljenija u radnika grupe "B" u odnosu na "A" grupu (P

ZAKLJUČAK: Izmereni relativni rizik za Beta-2-Mikroglobulin u urinu upućuje da je rizik od tubularne lezija radnika "A" grupe signifikantno veći u odnosu na grupu

Products of the second phase metabolic transformation of 1,3 butadiene and styrene metabolic transformation have nephrotoxical effects and aimed place on proximal tubule. One of the markers of tubular lesion is beta-2-mikroglobulin, a little molecular mass albumen (1800 Dalton) which passes through glomerularic filter and gets reabsorbed from the primary urine in the proximal tubule was reabsorbed, so it can be found urine, only in traces.

AIM: The aim of the work is to examine the risk of origin of tubular lesion among workers who are simultaneously exposed to 1,3-butadienu and styrene, and who work in styrene- butadiene rubber- industry.

SUBJECTS AND METHODS: The study included 172 workers who work in styrene- butadiene rubber industry ("A" group). The control group performed 92 workers ("B" group), and this control group satisfies all criterions which are needed for the epidemiological study. Air sampling with purpose to reveal the presence of 1,3-butadien and styrene, was done by personal sampling, according to the regular - methodology, by the line of technology process, in every hour during to the working shift. Blood and urine beta-2-mikroglobulin was examined by turbidimethria method. According to the fact that both chemical substances exist also in cigarette - smoke, smoking habits among both groups was analysed.

RESULTS: Taking into the consideration the smoking habit, it was found that it is more represented among workers in "B" group, toward the "A" group "A" (P

CONCLUSION: Founded relative risk for urine beta-2-Mikroglobulin comes to the conclusion that risk of tubular lesion for workers in "A" group is significant towards the "B" group.
